China (GNP): China has launched the Kuaizhou-11 Y3 carrier rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China, successfully placing two satellites, Tianyi-51 and Tianyi-52, into their planned orbits.
The launch marks another mission involving China’s growing satellite-launch and space-technology sector. The Kuaizhou-11 rocket was used to carry the two spacecraft as part of a mission designed to deploy multiple satellites during a single launch.
Tianyi-51 and Tianyi-52 were successfully sent into their designated orbits following the launch, according to the information shared by China Science.
The Kuaizhou family of launch vehicles is associated with China’s efforts to develop flexible launch capabilities for satellites and other spacecraft.
The program forms part of a broader expansion of China’s space industry, which includes both government and commercial-sector participation.
