Worldwide Condemnation of Israeli Attack on Aqsa Mosque

If the international community does not move quickly to take action, Israeli tactics “will have major ramifications for security and stability in the area” and “would undermine attempts to restart the stalled peace process,” according to the Gulf emirate of Qatar, which does not recognise Israel.

Justin Trudeau, the prime minister of Canada, expressed worry about violence but refrained from denouncing it.

The U.S. failed to denounce the violence while expressing worry about the continued tensions in occupied East Jerusalem and urging “all sides” to exhibit moderation.
