Foreign Office Responds to Afghan President Tweets
Government of Pakistan have expressed serious concerns over the recent tweets and statements from President Ashraf Ghani
Islamabad, 28 January 2020 (GNP) : Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan have expressed serious concerns over the recent tweets and statements from President Ashraf Ghani especially related to the recent arrest of Pushtun Tahfuz Movement activist. Terming it as an internal matter of Pakistan, the statement reads that such statements will not auger well for the brotherly and neighborly relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Pakistan aspire to maintain close relations based on the principles of non-intervention and non-interference with Afghanistan and urges to work for peace and stability region. (GNP)
