Qatar appointed New Prime Minister

Qatar, 28 Jan 2020 (GNP) : According to royal court of Qatar, Qatar’s Amir appointed the Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdelaziz al-Thani as the country’s new prime minister, after accepting his predecessor resignation Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani. Qatari Amir choosing a close associate for an influential rule to ensure the Amir’s writ throughout the administration. He will also hold the portfolio of Interior ministry which is called as Amiri Diwan, the emir’s office
Sheikh Abdullah on Twitter thanked the emir for his guidance during his time as prime minister. (GNP)
