Islamabad, 14 December 2022 (GNP): At the Pakistan Prime Minister’s House, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, had a direct meeting.
The meeting between the two leaders addresses issues of mutual concern. Their talk also concentrated on developing their relationships in a variety of industries.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Emomali Rahmon also addressed regional and global challenges during the meeting. The negotiations between the delegations were then led by the two leaders.

The Tajik President is on a two-day official visit to Pakistan on 14-15 December 2022, at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
According to the Foreign Office of Pakistan, both sides will exchange views on various aspects of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Pakistan. A number of agreements would be signed (MOU).
