Islamabad, 26 April 2024, (GNP): The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the notification listing the winning candidates from the by-election conducted on April 21st.
The notification of victory for Faisal Ameen Khan from NA-44 D.I. Khan has been released.
Additionally, according to the notification, PML-N candidates Adnan Afzal Chatta from PP-36 Wazirabad, Ahmed Iqbal Chaudhry from PP-54 Narowal, Saeed Akbar Khan from PP-93 Bhakar, and Rana Afzaal Hussain from PP-139 Sheikhupura have been declared winners.
In the constituencies of Lahore, the PML-N achieved a clean sweep, with numerous party candidates being declared winners in the by-election.
The notification has declared PML-N candidates Muhammad Riaz from PP-147, Chaudhry Muhammad Nawaz from PP-158, and Rashid Minhas from PP-164 as winners.

The notification reads, “N o.F.8(1)/2024-Coord. Vol-V (4).-In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 98 of the Elections Act, 2017 (XXXIIof 2017), the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby publishes, for general information, the number of votes received by each contestingcandidate in respect of the under-mentioned constituency in the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as a result of Bye-Election held on21-04-2024 based on the result consolidated by the Returning Officer and name of the candidate who has received the highest number of votesin.the said Canstiuency”
