Pakistan and Tajikistan sign several MoUs

The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, and the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, witnessed the ceremony.

Islamabad, 14 December 2022 (GNP): A ceremony of Signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) between Pakistan and Tajikistan was held at the Prime Minister’s house today.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, and the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, witnessed the ceremony.

It was anticipated by the Foreign Office that many bilateral agreements and Memorandums of Understanding would be signed during the visit.

According to the Foreign Office, the Tajik President’s trip to Pakistan is expected to strengthen the two nations’ existing broad cooperation and deepen their geoeconomic partnership.
