Interim PM promised to uplift distant areas of Balochistan

Karak addresses a reception hosted by the All-Parties Conference in his hometown of Kan Mehtarzai.

Islamabad, 21 Aug, 2023 (GNP): The Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar stated that the interim government would go all out to dispense employment opportunities to the common people and maintain law and order while facilitating the process of growth and advancement.

The premier, while addressing an event organized by the All-Parties Conference in his native village of Kan Mehtarzai, in Qila Saifullah district, through a video link on Sunday, said that he would come to the hometown shortly and also review the problems faced by the locals on daily basis.

He conveyed heartfelt gratitude to the organizers of the event for congratulating him after his selection as caretaker prime minister of the country. The natives also showed their trust and belief in the leadership of Kakar at the ceremony.

The locals declared they have firm faith that Kakar as caretaker prime minister would play a prime role in erasing terrorism from Pakistan, holding fair and free public polls and bringing back peace and security all across the country.

Meanwhile, the premier met with Senator Arbab Umar Kasi and talked about issues of Balochistan and gave assurance to him that all the problems in his area will settle down soon.

Moreover, in the meeting, Senator Kasi also gave best wishes to the prime minister and later briefed him regarding the flood-like situation in Hanna Orak after the heavy rains during this monsoon and emphasized the need of reconstructing the Spera Ragha-Loralai Road.

Also, Kakar strongly condemned a recent terrorist attack in North Waziristan and expressed sorrow over the loss of precious lives in “the senseless act of violence”. The interim prime minister asserted he “stand in solidarity with the families affected.”
