Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra have reportedly leaked in detail ahead of their expected October 7 launch, revealing specifications, designs, storage configurations and European pricing.
According to information attributed to WinFuture and reported by SamMobile, both premium tablets are expected to feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor and run Samsung’s One UI 9.0 based on Android 17.
The leak also provides details about their displays, cameras, batteries, audio systems and storage options.
The Galaxy Tab S12+ is reportedly equipped with a 12.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2800 × 1752 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The larger Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra is expected to feature a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 2960 × 1848 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The processor represents one of the most significant hardware changes in the reported lineup. Both tablets are expected to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500, with the chipset paired with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage.
The Tab S12+ is reportedly expected to come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.
The Ultra could offer 12GB or 16GB of RAM, with storage configurations reaching up to 1TB. Both models are also reported to support microSD expansion of up to 2TB, giving users additional options for storing large files, applications and media.Battery capacities are another area where the two models differ.

Reports indicate that the Galaxy Tab S12+ could feature a 10,600mAh battery, while the Tab S12 Ultra is expected to retain an 11,600mAh battery.
Both are reportedly capable of charging at up to 45W. The camera systems also distinguish the two tablets.
The Tab S12+ is expected to feature a 13MP rear camera and a 12MP front camera. The Ultra reportedly adds an 8MP ultrawide rear camera alongside its 13MP main camera and 12MP front-facing camera.
Audio hardware is another difference. The leaked specifications indicate that the Tab S12+ will feature two speakers, while the Ultra will have a four-speaker configuration.
Both tablets are reportedly designed with aluminum bodies and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The S Pen is also expected to be part of the package, according to current reports.
The reported weight is approximately 555 grams for the Tab S12+ and 693 grams for the Tab S12 Ultra, reflecting their different screen sizes and configurations.
The software package is also expected to be a major part of Samsung’s next-generation tablet offering.
The devices are reportedly set to launch with Android 17 and One UI 9.0, with reports indicating support for up to seven generations of Android operating-system upgrades and seven years of security updates.
European pricing has also appeared in the leaks. SamMobile reports that the Galaxy Tab S12+ could start at around €1,299, while the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra could begin at approximately €1,539, although regional pricing and configurations may differ.
The reported October 7 launch date has appeared across several technology publications, but Samsung has not yet officially confirmed all of the leaked specifications.
As a result, the details should be treated as reported specifications until the company makes its formal announcement.
If the reports prove accurate, the new tablet generation will position the S12+ and S12 Ultra as Samsung’s premium large-screen Android tablets, combining high-refresh-rate AMOLED displays, flagship-level processing hardware, expandable storage and long-term software support.
The official launch will ultimately confirm the specifications, pricing and availability of both models.
