Delhi, 27 December 2022 (GNP): Indian television and film actress Tunisha Sharma was found hanging in the make-up room of co-star Sheezan Khan on the set of her television serial Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul on 24 December 2022, Saturday.
Afterwards, she was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead by suicide. Tunisha had been previously diagnosed with anxiety and depression disorders in her early career days.
She took her life at 20 by hanging herself on the set of a TV show after it got revealed to her that her boyfriend, Sheezan Mohammed Khan, had been cheating on her. She had been preparing for her 21st birthday which was on 4th January next year.
Tunisha’s mother had to be transported to a hospital in an ambulance as the grief of hearing about her daughter’s demise hit hard. Other celebrities and fans have been shocked as well and are paying tribute to Tunisha Sharma via social media.

Tunisha Sharma was born on 4 January 2002; Chandigarh first starred as Chand Kawar in Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap in 2015.
She then went on to play the roles of Rajkumari Ahankara in Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Aadhya Verma in Internet Wala Love and Babli in Ishq Subhan Allah.
Later, she made her film debut in Fitoor, playing Young Firdaus. Afterward, she played the role of Young Diya in Baar Baar Dekho.
In both these films, she played Katrina Kaif’s younger version. In 2022, she had the lead role in Sony SAB’s show Ali Baba: Dastaan-e-Kabul, co-starring Sheezan Mohammed Khan, her ex-boyfriend.
