These classified files found in the private office President Biden were handed over to the US National Archives. President Biden used an office in the think tank when was vice-president of country from 2017 to 2020.

Washington, 10 January 2023 (GNP):  The US Justice Department is going to look into the matter of some files found in the private office of President Biden, which may be confidential.

10 files were found last November in Washington’s Penn Biden Centre that were handed over to the US National Archives, confirmed by the legal team of President Biden.

Former President Donald Trump is facing an inquiry of the same nature for his carrying the classified files to Florida after the end of his presidency.

US Attorney General, Merrick Garland, and the FBI have already initiated an investigation into this matter.

It is reported that these files do not contain any sensitive nuclear data and were discovered by the attorneys of President Biden, who were removing the old papers before the midterm elections in last November.

It is worth mentioning that President Biden kept an office at this think tank when he was the Vice-President of the USA from 2017 to 2020.

Richard Sauber, a member of the legal team of President Biden, told that they carefully delivered all papers to the US National Archives so that none of the records of Obama’s administration is missing.

Former president Donald Trump satirized this behavior of President Biden and asked the FBI officials when they are going to raid the house of President Biden and even the White House for the investigation and recovery of these classified papers.

Trump is under investigation by the FBI for the recovery of more or less 300 classified documents that it is believed he took to Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House as the President of the USA.

This discovery of classified files in Biden’s former office came at a time when the Department of Justice declared the appointment of a lawyer to see the criminal status of the charges on Trump after recovering the classified files from his golf club.

Both Republicans and followers of Donald Trump raised questions about the impartiality of the Department of Justice.

When Penn Biden Centre and the US National Archives were contacted about this, none of them commented on this immediately.
