This remarkable achievement places him second in the world, alongside legendary West Indian cricketer Chris Gayle.

The cricket world watched in awe as Babar Azam achieved this milestone, marking his stature as one of the game’s finest. Widely known as the ‘Universe Boss,’ Chris Gayle currently leads the tally with an impressive 22 centuries in 463 matches.
Babar’s feat is an exceptional one, considering he has achieved this milestone across various tournaments and formats. His international career has been marked by three T20 centuries at the international level, coupled with two each in the Vitality Blast and National T20 Cup, playing for Somerset and Central Punjab respectively.

With an impressive strike rate of 176.2, Babar showcased a masterful array of cover drives, eight boundaries, and five maximums. His partnership of 111 runs with Pathum Nissanka was instrumental in leading the Strikers to a commanding seven-wicket victory over the Gladiators.
