ELMS received Outstanding Anti-Drug Abuse Posters

Islamabad (GNP): The 1st ELMS Poster Exhibition was successfully organized in collaboration with PNCA at the National Art Gallery. ELMS collaborated with around 240 schools, from which 79 outstanding posters were received on the theme “Effects of Drug Abuse.”

The exhibition was inaugurated by Chief Guest Jamal Shah and Samman Islam (CEO HDF). The event commenced with opening remarks by ELMS Coordinator Syed Nusrat Hussain, who briefed the audience about ELMS initiatives and the importance of student participation in awareness-based creative activities.

M. Ayoub Jamali, Director General of PNCA, addressed the audience and appreciated ELMS for promoting art and awareness among students, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives for youth development.
Following him, CEO HDF Samman Islam delivered her speech, highlighting the importance of drug abuse awareness among students and encouraging more educational initiatives for youth development.

Later, Chief Guest Jamal Shah addressed the ceremony, appreciating the creativity of students and stating that selecting winners in art is always challenging as every artwork is unique. He encouraged young artists to continue expressing their creativity with confidence.

CEO ELMS, Syed Imtiaz Ali Rizvi, in his closing remarks, thanked Muhammad Ayoub Jamali, Director General PNCA, and Mariam Ahmed, Director Visual Arts Division, for their valuable collaboration, which made the successful organization of this exhibition possible. He appreciated all participants and reaffirmed ELMS’s commitment to continue such impactful initiatives in the future.

The event concluded with appreciation for all organizers, participants, and collaborating institutions, marking it as a successful and meaningful initiative for youth awareness and creative expression.
