Karachi (GNP): Zong 5G Customer Facilitation Desk 2026 has officially launched at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, as Zong, Pakistan’s leading technology service enterprise, partnered with the Pakistan Airports Authority to provide travelers with seamless access to SIM activation, high speed mobile data services, and real time customer support right upon arrival.
The initiative marks another step in Zong’s growing airport facilitation model, following successful deployments at international airports in Islamabad and Lahore.
The dedicated facilitation desk is designed to strengthen the airport’s digital ecosystem by ensuring uninterrupted connectivity for both domestic and international passengers. As one of Pakistan’s busiest aviation hubs, Jinnah International Airport serves thousands of travelers daily, making reliable telecom services at the point of arrival an important part of the overall travel experience.
Building on this launch, Zong has also announced plans to expand its airport presence through kiosk deployments at Peshawar and Multan airports in the near future.

Anas Matloob, Deputy Regional General Manager South at Zong, said that Karachi serves as a key gateway for both domestic and international travellers, making seamless connectivity an essential part of the travel experience. He said the initiative enables passengers to access reliable telecom services immediately upon arrival, reinforcing Zong’s commitment to customer convenience, innovation, and service excellence.
The Joint Director Commercial of the Pakistan Airports Authority Karachi added that the airport’s focus remains on enhancing passenger facilitation through modern and efficient services. He said the collaboration with Zong enables the airport to provide improved digital support to travellers, contributing to a more seamless and comfortable airport experience.
