World Nomad Games 2026 Unveils Official Brand Film

Bishkek (GNP) — The International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games has launched the official brand film for the upcoming 2026 edition of the Games, titled “The Call Begins Here,” kicking off the event’s worldwide promotional campaign.

The film aims to capture the essence of the World Nomad Games as a global gathering centered on sport, culture, and living tradition. It tells a story of connection across generations and cultures, focusing on the values that continue to unite people regardless of national borders. Set against the backdrop of Kyrgyzstan’s landscapes, the film gives viewers a glimpse into the country’s nomadic heritage, its traditional sporting culture, and the communities working to keep these customs alive for future generations.

The film will anchor the international campaign leading up to the 2026 Games, appearing across digital platforms, international media coverage, official launch events, and promotional activities held around the world.

The sixth edition of the World Nomad Games is set to take place in Kyrgyzstan from August 31 to September 6, 2026. Organizers expect participation from more than 95 countries, over 3,000 delegates representing sporting, cultural, and academic institutions, and upward of 600 accredited journalists from across the globe.

“The Call Begins Here” is built around the idea of generational continuity and a deep respect for cultural roots. At the heart of its visual identity is a cross-section of a tree trunk, its rings symbolizing time, memory, and the passing down of traditions. Lines radiating outward from the center evoke the idea of an echo — representing how a concept born in Kyrgyzstan has spread and grown internationally.

The spiral shape also draws on the imagery of the Milky Way, which nomads historically relied on for navigation and which now serves as a symbol of movement and cultural unity. The overall visual style takes inspiration from ancient rock art and engravings, giving the brand a distinct look that resonates with audiences worldwide.
