Pakistan elected as Co-Chair to Green Climate Fund
Fund will also be helping the incumbent government's climate change drive for sustainability.
Islamabad, 15 November 2019 (GNP): Board of the Green Climate Fund elected Pakistan’s Board Member Mr. Nauman Bhatti, who is the representative diplomat of the Embassy of Pakistan in Brussels, as a Co-Chair of the Green Climate Fund(from developing countries) for the year 2020. This is Green Climate Fund is one of the largest fund of the world and has 40 billion USD as its budget. This is a trust that the world has on Pakistan to put forward the global Climate Change agenda. This Fund will also be helping the incumbent government’s climate change drive for sustainability. (GNP)
