Islamabad, 21 February 2023 (GNP): Artificial intelligence is crucial for contemporary knowledge-based economies, according to Ahsan Iqbal, minister of planning and development. He spoke at a ceremony in Islamabad on Tuesday.

He mentioned how Pakistan’s knowledge landscape had changed thanks to the federal government’s laptop program, making it one of the top nations in the world for IT-based entrepreneurship. He urged young people to pursue research and education in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics.

According to the minister, no country can attain economic stability without political stability, and the only way to move forward is to maintain long-term plans.

He expressed regret over PTI’s CPEC policy and claimed the megaproject was our main priority because it could enlarge our exports in the business, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
