Moscow, 21 March 2023 (GNP): China and Russia have decided to strengthen their strategic partnership, solidify their bilateral ties, and find a peaceful solution to the situation in Ukraine.

The deal was made during a meeting in Moscow on Monday between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

The two leaders also spoke about the situation in Ukraine, according to a statement from China’s Foreign Ministry. President XI said China supports defusing tensions through negotiation and opposes adding fuel to the fire.
He gave Putin the reassurance that China would continue to contribute positively to the diplomatic resolution of the Ukraine issue.
