Washington D.C, 31 December 2022 (GNP): Joseph Marley, known by his stage name, Jo Mersa, the grandson of American singer Bob Marley died on 26 December 2022 at the age of 31. His death has been ruled as suffocation from an asthma attack likely caused by Covid-19 vaccination.

People are mourning the loss of the singer. Jamaica’s culture minister said that she was deeply saddened after hearing the news of his passing. “The loss of a child is a devastating blow no parent should face, my condolences to Stephen and the entire family.” – Jamaica’s opposition leader Mark J Golding expressed his condolences in a tweet.
Joseph Marley was born on March 12, 1991, in Kingston, Jamaica. He debuted in 2014 with his extended play ‘Comfortable’. In 2021, he debuted with the album titled ‘Eternal.’
