
Rawalpindi : President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in Noor Khan Airbase on a day-long official visit to Pakistan.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister Senator Ishaq Dar and Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir received the distinguished guest at the airport.
Besides 21-gun salute, a smartly turned out contingent of the armed forces presented guard of honour to the visiting dignitary.
The UAE’s President is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including ministers and senior officials.
President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan visit reflects the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries and shared commitment of both sides to further enhancing collaboration in key areas, including trade, investment, energy, development and regional stability
