Indian has violated the international law and diplomatic norms on Kashmir Issue

Islamabad: On August 29th, 2019: (GNP) Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies in collaboration with Commission of Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS) organized International Young Diplomats School 2019 in Islamabad. Mr. Ehsan Ullah Tawana, Chairman, National Assembly Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs graced the concluding session of three-day long event. Ms. Farhat Asif, President Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies presented the brief report of the three-day long event to audience. Today it was last day of the insightful three days International Young Diplomats School.

While speaking to the audience. Mr. Ehsan Ullah Tawana said that the present government is committed to the Kashmir and leaving no stone unturned for its peaceful resolution according to the wishes and aspiration of Kashmiris. Currently, the situation of Kashmir calls for international attention, but the Indian government is continuously striving to suppress the voice of Kashmiri people. However, keeping the Kashmir issue alive is the diplomatic success of Pakistan, he added.

The incumbent government is making the vibrancy of the foreign policy and making all efforts to diversify the outreach. He has shared that we have now also focused on Pakistan’s reach and development of strong economic ties with the African nations aswell. Mr. Tawana said, as Pakistan is facing wide range domestic and international challenges, so it is the responsibility of Pakistan youth to play their due to play their constructive role. He said that the Youth of Pakistan is the real ambassador of the country and they can also play as public diplomats. With such courses, the youth may learn the art of diplomacy from experienced people and can project the peaceful and positive image of the country to the world especially after the advent of the social media and technology. He was also of the view that challenges were there, but the government of Pakistan is keeping all the options moving ahead with bright future ahead.

Mr. Ehsan ullah Tiwana, handed over the certificates to the participants after the successful completion of the School. The School is organized for three days having individuals from all the ages and diversified backgrounds to participate in the event to learn from the diplomats.
