International Desk, GNP: 16 August 2019: Azerbaijani MFA spokesperson Leyla Abdullayeva announced Azerbaijan’s stance on latest events in Jammu and Kashmir.
She said, "Azerbaijan’s stance on Jammu and Kashmir is unswerving. Azerbaijan promotes the peaceful resolution of the problem of Jammu and Kashmir in accordance with international law standards and values and the appropriate UN SC resolutions.’’
‘‘The Republic of Azerbaijan is a member of the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir. Recently, a meeting of the Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir was held in Jeddah at the OIC Headquarters,” Leyla Abdullayeva stated.
