1 April 2020 (GNP) : Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has called for joint efforts of OIC countries to tackle the Corona pandemic challenges. In a telephone conversation with the Secretary-General OIC Dr. Yousef Bin Ahmad Bin Al-Othaimeen on Monday discussing the initiatives that OIC can take to prevent the spread of the pandemic.
He also discussed the situation in Occupied Kashmir and the challenges that can arise in the wake of this crisis. He acknowledged the recent statement of the OIC Secretary-General’s recent statement on finding solutions with the help of research institutions and scientists to this pandemic. (GNP)
