Karachi (GNP): Movement, the Pakistani streetwear label known for its +92 collection with Wasim Akram and capsule collaboration with Adeel uz Zafar, has announced LYARI — a 28-piece collection launching on July 31, 2026, alongside an original anthem produced by Qasim Azhar featuring Eva B and rappers from the Lyari neighborhood itself.
Known for building its collections around cultural narratives rather than passing trends, Movement describes LYARI as the largest release in its three-year history, and its first collection developed entirely within a single community rather than simply inspired by it.
Rooted in Lyari’s Culture
The brand frames Lyari as a foundational influence on Pakistani football and rap culture, home to a mural tradition older than much of the city’s formal art scene, and a distinct local dialect that has traveled further than much of its population.
According to Movement, the collection doesn’t attempt to reintroduce or explain Lyari to outsiders — instead, it builds directly from the neighborhood itself: its football grounds, music studios, freestyle cyphers, and the street artists who paint on shutters rather than canvas.
Local phrases like “Lyari Dil Hai Jani,” along with typography, colors, and hand-drawn graphics inspired by the area, run throughout the collection.
The Anthem
The accompanying anthem, recorded with Eva B and MCs from Lyari, is built around the neighborhood’s own slang, rhythm, and delivery style, without adaptation for outside listeners.
The track is available now as a standalone release on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other major streaming platforms, paired with a companion film shot entirely on location in Lyari and featuring local residents rather than actors.
The 28-piece LYARI collection was designed with the goal of feeling equally authentic whether worn on the streets of Lyari or in a retail setting abroad, without altering the design for different markets.
Founded in Karachi in 2023, Movement has built a reputation as one of Pakistan’s most closely followed contemporary streetwear labels, approaching cultural collaboration with artists, athletes, and musicians as a core part of its production process rather than as marketing. Operating under the tagline “Built in Pakistan. Designed for the World,” the brand continues to position its collections for international audiences alongside the domestic market.

The LYARI collection will be available exclusively through Movement’s online store starting July 31, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PST, with shipping available to Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and Canada. The LYARI anthem is streaming now on all major platforms.
