Islamabad, 23 Aug, 2023 (GNP): Humak Girls College students residing in nearby areas will soon have the convenience of an online app to facilitate their commute to Model Town Humak.

As reported by the media, a new service called ‘The Movers’ is set to provide cost-effective transportation to students. The app is designed to extend a 20% fare reduction to students hailing from Pind Malikan and Pind Mughlaan, making their ride to Humak more affordable.

During a lecture at Model College for Girls, Humak, CEO Ali Zia of ‘The Movers’ unveiled the details. The app, along with its services, is scheduled for a nationwide launch on August 25.

Zia expressed a broader vision for the project, emphasizing its commitment to fostering education, healthcare, and economic progress in Pakistan. He shared his intention to collaborate with the college in ensuring fundamental necessities for its students, underlining the importance of upholding their dignity.

Principal Humaira Aagha of the college drew attention to the transportation and basic needs challenges faced particularly by students from Pind Malikan and Pind Mughlaan.

Zia made a promising commitment to provide accessible transportation options to female students, supplemented by a noteworthy 20% discount via the app for those belonging to these villages.
