Karachi (GNP): Senate Chairman Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani was the guest of honour at a luncheon hosted by Hamza Tabani, Chairman of the Tabani Group of Companies, at Tabani House in Karachi. Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi was also in attendance.
Participants held a friendly discussion on Pakistan’s economic outlook, the investment climate, business facilitation, and the private sector’s part in national development. The conversation also touched on building closer ties between Parliament and the business community and identifying ways to encourage economic growth and investment.
Gilani thanked Hamza Tabani for his warm hospitality and acknowledged the presence of leading figures from the political, business, and financial spheres.
