Zurich (GNP): FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Festival is set to be the biggest and most exciting in the history of the tournament, with 13 official FIFA Fan Festival sites confirmed across Host Cities in Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
Spanning nearly 4,000 kilometers across three countries, the fan events will bring the World Cup atmosphere to life far beyond the stadiums, giving millions of fans the chance to watch matches on giant screens, enjoy live music, and celebrate the tournament together.
The FIFA Fan Festival program was launched 20 years ago and has welcomed over 40 million supporters from around the world. This year’s edition surpasses all previous tournaments, including Germany 2006 and Brazil 2014, which each had 12 venues.
Each FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Festival site has been designed to reflect the character and culture of its Host City, with locally inspired food, music, entertainment, and interactive experiences for fans of all ages.
Heimo Schirgi, Chief Operating Officer of FIFA World Cup 2026, said the Fan Festival is where football, entertainment, and local culture come together to create a truly unique experience beyond the stadiums. He said the events will unite fans from around the world while showcasing the spirit of each Host City through football, music, food, and shared moments of connection.
