
Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif arranged a luncheon for female inmates at the Women’s Jail, A lavish meal was served at the Multan District and Women’s Jail in collaboration with the Jalaluddin Rumi Foundation. Meals were provided for 1,500 female inmates and their young children at the Women’s Jail in Multan. The Jalaluddin Rumi Foundation also served lunch to the jail staff.
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif appreciated social contributions of the philanthropists, Jalaluddin Rumi Foundation and other generous individuals. Commissioner Multan Aamir Karim Khan, Deputy Commissioner Waseem Hamid, and prominent industrialist Khawaja Jalaluddin Rumi also participated in distributing food to the inmates. The prisoners were also given sweets, cake, and Eid gifts at the Women’s Jail in Multan.
