For the first time during Gulfood 2026: FOODAGRO MEETUP to take place in Dubai for Ukrainian producers and global partners
On January 26, 2026, in Dubai, for the first time within one of the world’s largest food exhibitions — Gulfood — FOODAGRO MEETUP will be held. This is a professional international business meeting for Ukrainian producers and global partners.
The event is organized by the Ukrainian Export Alliance in cooperation with the Ukraine Pulse and Soybean Association, with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The event will bring together around 200 participants from more than 30 countries worldwide. The program includes international networking and two professional sessions: Agro Commodities, focusing on trade in grains, pulses, and oilseeds, and FMCG, dedicated to value-added products. The discussions will feature representatives of ministries, international associations, and leading global companies.
Key topics of FOODAGRO MEETUP include:
• which agricultural crops are in highest demand in the MENA markets and how demand in the region is evolving;
• key risks for Ukrainian producers when entering the markets of the Middle East and North Africa;
• the most promising FMCG categories and demand drivers in MENA countries;
• choosing the optimal export model: private label or developing one’s own brand;
• practical approaches to overcoming regulatory, cultural, and operational barriers when operating in the region.
“FOODAGRO MEETUP is designed to focus international attention on Ukraine and present it as effectively as possible during Gulfood 2026. For our companies, it is a new channel for international positioning, and for foreign ones, it is fast access to a concentrated pool of verified Ukrainian producers,” said Antonina Sklyarenko, President of the Ukraine Pulse and Soybean Association.
The international significance of the event is underscored by the status of the Ukraine Pulse and Soybean Association as a Community Partner of Gulfood 2026, obtained for the first time, with the right to provide free partner tickets for all days of the exhibition.
In 2026, Gulfood will scale up and will take place simultaneously at two mega venues — Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre (Expo City Dubai) — covering 240,000 square meters of exhibition space, with over 8,500 exhibitors and participants from 195 countries worldwide. This format transforms Dubai into a global decision-making hub for food trading, innovation, and international commerce.
Ukrainian and international companies interested in participating in FOODAGRO MEETUP during Gulfood 2026 can review the program and submit an application for participation on the event’s website: https://foodagromeetup.com/
