
Islamabad : Rockville School celebrated its 8th anniversary at its campus with a vibrant and dignified ceremony attended by Yerzhan Kistafin, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, who graced the occasion as the chief guest. The event brought together a distinguished gathering, including Senator Sana Jamali (INP), members of the diplomatic corps, and families from the international community.

In her opening remarks, Hajra Raheel, Principal of Rockville School, warmly welcomed the guests and expressed sincere appreciation for their continued support and engagement with the school’s mission of academic excellence and cultural inclusivity.
In his keynote address, Yerzhan Kistafin commended the school for its nurturing environment and emphasized the critical role educational institutions play in supporting diplomatic families and strengthening international cooperation. He remarked that when children are happy, their families and diplomatic missions feel more confident, and he thanked the school for its dedication, noting that more students from Kazakhstan are expected to join in the future.

A ceremonial cake-cutting, led by the Ambassador alongside Senator Sana Jamali and senior diplomatic families, marked the occasion, while the festive ambiance was further enhanced by student performances, colorful costumes, and cultural stalls that reflected the school’s diverse spirit. The celebration not only underscored Rockville School’s achievements over the past eight years but also highlighted its growing role as a hub of global educational collaboration and community engagement.
