Germany Envoy, NCRC Join Hands to Strengthen Child Protection Systems

Islamabad  :-  To discuss matters of mutual interest concerning the protection and promotion of children’s rights, Chairperson NCRC Ayesha Raza Farooq along with Khalid Naeem, Member ICT,  Nadia Bibi, Member KP, Dr. Mehek Naeem, Member Punjab and Khalid Latif, secretary NCRC, held a productive meeting with Ina Lepel, Ambassador of Germany to Pakistan and Violetta Kuzmova – Anand, First Secretary, Migration, Human Rights and Rule of Law.

The Chairperson briefed the Ambassador on NCRC’s current initiatives and ongoing efforts to strengthen child protection systems, address emerging challenges and ensure the effective implementation of child rights-based policies in line with national and international commitments. The meeting also explored avenues for continued cooperation and collaboration in advancing the welfare, safety and well-being of children in Pakistan.
