Pak-Afghan AFC Qualifier match ends in draw

Islamabad – AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 Qualifier between Pakistan and Afghanistan ended in a goalless draw.
Both teams failed to convert their chances, leaving the match evenly poised after full time.

Afghanistan’s solid defensive setup successfully kept Pakistan from converting their chances.

Pakistan had a golden opportunity to take the lead in the 67th minute when they were awarded a penalty. However, Otis Khan failed to capitalise, leaving the scoreline unchanged.

The away leg of the qualifier between Pakistan and Afghanistan will be played on October 14, in Kuwait.
