
Islamabad : Pakistan and Belarus have agreed to enhance bilateral cooperation in counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics, border security and police training.
The understanding was reached during meeting between visiting Interior Minister of Belarus Ivan Kubrakov and Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
The meeting discussed bilateral ties and matters of mutual interest. The two ministers also held delegation-level talks.
They finalized the Pak-Belarus extradition agreement and signed protocol for its implementation.
The two sides also agreed to form a Joint Working Group for further strengthening their bilateral ties.
They decided to sign an MoU soon to increase cooperation in counter-narcotics and also agreed on a police training exchange program.
