
Islamabad : Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, Prime Minister’s National Coordinator for Tourism visited PTDC Headquarters and held a very productive meeting with Aftab ur Rehman Rana, Managing Director of PTDC.
MD PTDC, congratulated him on his appointment as the National Coordinator for Tourism by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
The primary focus of the discussion was on the strengthening of tourism institutional mechanism for the sustainable growth of tourism sector in Pakistan. During the meeting, MD PTDC briefed Sardar Yasir on various ongoing initiatives of PTDC and upcoming projects including investment opportunities in the tourism sector. The discussion also focused on strengthening institutional collaboration, promotion of Public Private Partnerships and unlocking the immense potential of tourism across the country.

Sardar Yasir appreciated the efforts of PTDC for the promotion of tourism in Pakistan and expressed his strong commitment to provide his full support as national coordinator for PTDC’s efforts in redefining and revitalizing tourism ecosystem in Pakistan.
