
RAWALPINDI : The Director General, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Kinza Murtaza, has reiterated that the recovery of outstanding dues remains a top priority for the authority.
The Additional Director General RDA, Mansoor Ahmad Khan and all concerned Directorates of RDA have been directed to intensify follow-up efforts to ensure timely and effective recovery related to housing schemes and buildings. This has been underscored as a key focus area for the authority’s ongoing operations.
The DG RDA, Kinza Murtaza, emphasized the need for coordinated efforts among departments and instructed staff to maintain strict compliance with recovery procedures. She also underscored the importance of transparency, efficiency, and accountability in all related matters.
The financial stability of RDA directly impacts our ability to serve the citizens of Rawalpindi effectively. Therefore, recovery must be pursued proactively, without any delays or negligence, she added.
