The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday arrested former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in a multi-billion-rupee case related to the award of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import contract.
According to media reports, the former prime minister was on his way to attend a press conference when the NAB officials arrested him on the Thokar Niaz Beg Inter-change. Earlier, the NAB had summoned the Khaqan Abbasi in the LNG case today. GNP
