14th April 2020 (GNP): The united nations are mobilizing international cooperation in directing the power of science to contain the pandemic while simultaneously working with partners to come up with innovative tools for the crisis.
WHO has also notified that their research has been accelerating with much more speed according to the Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. He also mentioned that so far 74 countries have shown interest to be a part of the WHO initiative to asses potential treatments for COVID-19.
