Sydney, 8 November 2022 (GNP): Before Pakistan and New Zealand play in the T20 World Cup 2022 semifinals, Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam was found practicing by himself at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).

Today was an optional practice session for the Green team; most of the Pakistan Cricket team chose to rest and refuel themselves while Babar Azam was seen batting in the net.

He has received a lot of criticism recently, so he is undoubtedly cautious. Now that the stakes are much higher, one poor move or choice might send Pakistan packing and put an end to its hopes.

Therefore, in the days leading up to their match against New Zealand, Babar Azam arrived at Sydney Cricket Ground only to practice alone to polish his preparations for the crucial match against New Zealand.

If Pakistan defeats New Zealand at the SCG on Wednesday, the Green team will advance to the final of the T20 World Cup and confront the winner from the match of other semi-finalists, India vs. England.
