New York, February 24 2023 (GNP): Rihanna, the American pop singer will be performing at the Oscars 2023 as announced by the organizers of the Oscars 2023. The 95th Academy Awards will be held on March 12, 2023 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and Jimmy Kimmel will serve as the host of the award show.
Rihanna, who was born in Barbados, will perform ‘Lift Me Up’, a song from ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ that was nominated for an Academy Award.
The song is up against pop songs by Lady Gaga from ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, such as ‘Hold My Hand’ and the current front-runner, ‘Naatu Naatu’ from the Indian blockbuster ‘RRR’.

When she delivered a career-spanning medley of classics at the NFL’s premier halftime show earlier this month, Rihanna, 35, had not given a live performance in seven years.
Rihanna has focused on growing the high-fashion, lingerie, and beauty enterprises all these seven years that have made her a billionaire, as well as caring for her son, who was born in May.
As a nine-time Grammy winner with eight multi-platinum albums, Rihanna has received her first Oscar nomination for the song ‘Lift Me Up’ for this year’s Oscars.
