President Pakistan urges UN to resolve Kashmir dispute

It is the self-determination right of Kashmir as per the United Nations organization and Pakistan will continue its support until the peaceful settlement of the Kashmir conflict.

Islamabad, 5 January 2023 (GNP): President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Hussain Alvi comments on the 5 January 1949 UN resolution about the Kashmir dispute and the President stresses resolving the Kashmir dispute under UN resolution.

Dr. Arif Alvi ensures his presence to support Kashmir politically and diplomatically because it is the self-determination right of Kashmir as per the United Nations organization and Pakistan will continue its support until the peaceful settlement of the Kashmir conflict.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also lauds his voice for the Kashmir dispute and attracts the attention of the United Nations and the international community to resolve the Kashmir dispute peacefully.

He says that today is a self-determination day for Kashmir and the United Nations has to maneuver its resolution and limit the power of India in Kashmir. India wants to change the demographic structure and the Muslim-majority population in Kashmir.

However, India must follow the binding resolution of the United Nations Security Council and not abuse the basic fundamental rights of Kashmir.

PM Shahbaz Sharif says that self-determination day is a reminder for the United Nations and the international community to resolve the Kashmir dispute peacefully.

President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi also mentions the victimization of Kashmir and disobedience of self-determination rights and that India has occupied Jammu and Kashmir illegally, which is a clear message to the United Nations and international community to disobey the resolution of the UN in Kashmir.

Additionally, the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari explains the importance of the Kashmir crisis and assures the United Nations and World community to resolve the Kashmir dispute peacefully.

Qamar Zaman is the chairman of the Kashmir Cause committee and believes that the Kashmir issue should be resolved by the United Nations resolution peacefully.

In the end, Pakistan will continue its political support and diplomatic support for Kashmir until the resolution of the Kashmir dispute and avail all opportunities to help the people of Kashmir. The United Nations should play a positive role in combating this issue and resolving it, as the UN resolution of 5 January 1949.
