3 April 2020 (GNP) : President Alvi appeals to the nation for blood donation for Thalassaemia patients after visiting F-9 Park Thalassemia Center.
He stated that Thalassaemia patients are very dear to him and insisted on the need for blood transfusion of these children which is the source of their lives. He thanked the Islamabad police for their donations at the request of Dr. Alvi. He further asserted on keeping these patients in their minds in the current health crises. (GNP)
