Islamabad (GNP) :- In a bid to boost women’s cricket in Pakistan, Jazz has partnered with the Pakistan Cricket Board to enhance visibility, create opportunities, and inspire young girls to pursue the sport.
Cricket remains one of Pakistan’s most powerful cultural forces, and this collaboration places women athletes firmly at the center of that narrative. By backing the national women’s team, Jazz aims to help elevate their presence on and off the field, ensuring their achievements receive the recognition they deserve while inspiring millions of young girls to pursue their ambitions without limitations.
Commenting on the partnership, Sobia Samad Khalid, Head of Brand Experience at Jazz, said: “At Jazz, we believe that true progress happens when women are given equal opportunities to lead and succeed. Our partnership with the Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team goes beyond supporting the sport – it is about celebrating resilience, amplifying role models, and inspiring young girls across Pakistan to dream bigger and push boundaries. We are proud to stand behind these athletes who represent the strength and potential of women across the country.”
Through this collaboration, Jazz will leverage its scale and digital platforms to enhance the visibility of women’s cricket, connect fans with inspiring stories, and contribute to building a more inclusive sports ecosystem in Pakistan.
This initiative builds on Jazz’s ongoing commitment to women’s empowerment and inclusion. In November 2024, Jazz partnered with members of the Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team to spotlight their journeys and boost representation in sports. The new partnership with PCB takes this forward – from individual advocacy to institutional support – reflecting a sustained investment in the future of women’s cricket in Pakistan.
By consistently supporting women athletes and creating platforms for their success, Jazz is helping shape a more inclusive society, one where young girls can see themselves represented, empowered, and celebrated at the highest levels.
