Rawalpindi, 12 June 2024, (GNP): Andrei Metelitsa Ambassador of Belarus called on Minister for Defence & Defence Production Khawaja Muhammad Asif.
Federal Minister warmly welcomed the Ambassador and appreciated the existing mutual goodwill and bilateral cooperation. Belarus is an important country and Pakistan attaches great importance to its bilateral relations with Belarus.
Matters of mutual interest, particularly cooperation in the field of defence production came under discussion.

Defence Minister expressed that the high level visits between two countries have extensively contributed to strengthening the bilateral relations.
Federal Minister opined that Pakistan and Belarus share a cordial history of bilateral relations in economy, trade and defence.
The Minister also emphasized the need for furthering existing levels of cooperation between the two countries
