Thailand, 4 February 2020 (GNP) : A statement issued by Embassy of Pakistan in Bangkok that Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad had a meeting with the President of the Thailand-Pakistan Parliamentarian Friendship Group, Ms. Nantana Songprscha, and other members of the Group were present in the meeting.
The two sides exchanged views on numerous issues, public and cultural diplomacy including parliamentary exchanges, role of Parliaments in national development and peace and security, women’s representation and contribution in politics, bilateral cooperation in education, trade, tourism and culture with a special reference to the Buddhist heritage of Pakistan.
