Sydney, 8 November 2022 (GNP): In the Semi-final of Pakistan and New Zealand on Wednesday, the fast bowler has a chance to break the record for most wickets in T20I cricket since his debut.

Currently, Haris has 29 wickets and might play two more T20Is this year if Pakistan advances to the World Cup final. The top leg-break spinner got 28 wickets in 19 T20Is in 2018 at an average of 17.42 and an economy rate of 6.62.

Haris has taken 70 wickets at an average of 23 and reserved the 2nd spot, while Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga takes the top spot with 71 wickets at an average of 14.s

When Pakistan’s speedster Haris Rauf prepares to play for the green shirts against New Zealand in the Wednesday T20 World Cup 2022 semi-final, he has more opportunities to break this T20I record.

So far, the bowler has collected six wickets in the 2018 World Cup in four games.

After taking six wickets in the T20I World Cup, the Pakistani pace bowler, Haris Rauf, becomes Pakistan’s Leading T20I Wicket-Taker in a Calendar Year.
