According to Imran Khan’s advocate, what was occurring at Zaman Park was a breach of fundamental human rights and had turned into a conflict area.

Imran Khan’s case is currently ongoing at the Islamabad High Court, according to the advocate general, and the petition cannot be maintained in the Lahore High Court.

Earlier in the hearing, the court issued summonses to the Chief Secretary of Punjab, IG Punjab, and DIG Operations Islamabad Shahzad Bokhari, who oversaw the operation on behalf of the Islamabad Police.

Following the break, IG Punjab arrived in court. He stated in response to the court’s inquiry that they had to carry out all court orders.

The Islamabad Police, Punjab Police, and Rangers began their pursuit of the former premier.

Police and even paramilitary personnel encountered armed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf members who threw rocks and made the area look more like a battlefield.

Imran Khan, the leader of the PTI, ignored court charges many times, leading the judge to issue non-bailable arrest orders. As a result, Islamabad Police, Punjab Police, and Rangers continued their operation to retain Him in line with the Toshkhana case.
