Google introduces ChatGPT’s rival ‘Bard’

With ChatGPT making noise all around the world and catching up to Google as the top search engine, Google introduces a new Chatbot giving tough competition to ChatGPT.

New York, 8 February 2023 (GNP): To compete with ChatGPT, Google is releasing  ‘Bard’ which is an AI powered chatbot. According to the company, before being made available to the general public in the upcoming weeks, Bard will be used by a handful of testers.

Bard is based on Google’s huge language model Lamda, which one programmer said had responses that were so similar to humans and that he thought it might even be sentient. Google also unveiled new AI search engine tools.

AI chatbots are made to find information and respond to queries. The most well-known example is ChatGPT. They utilize the internet as a vast repository of knowledge, but there are worries that it may also contain offensive content and misinformation.
