Islamabad, 16 January 2023 (GNP): Znera Space, an architectural company, has announced a stunning concept design that will include the tallest free-standing structure in the world – Burj Khalifa, surrounded by a ring structure.
The planned concept which is known as Downtown Circle, is a 550-meter-tall ring that will surround the Burj Khalifa with a circumference of three kilometers. Architect designers have put in a lot of effort to develop the proposed new structure, which will be a welcome change from gated societies and skyscraper homes. It is also intended to be sustainable and self-sufficient.

The entire concept is to build densely while still retaining livability. Znera Space has shared the pictures and the concept on its Instagram page. Along with the beautiful visuals, the caption said, “As a response to the dilemma of how to build densely while retaining livability, the downtown circle project establishes a sustainable and self-sufficient vertical urbanism. As a singular mega building complex, it aims to create a hyper-efficient urban centre that gives back to the environment The proposed 550-meter tall mega structure offers an alternative to the singular and unconnected high-rises found in most metropolitan areas.”
