Bilawal Bhutto warns to leave Federal Government

Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto, challenged the Federal Government to keep its promises or the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) would leave the government.

Karachi, 5 March 2023 (GNP): Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto, challenged the Federal government to keep its promises or the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) would leave the government during his speech at the Chief Minister House’s launch of the seed subsidy program.

The PPP leader also urged Shehbaz Sharif’s federal administration to keep the commitments it made to the people of Sindh during the floods.

“If the federation continues to place Sindh and Punjab flood victims at the top of its priority list, a positive message will be conveyed. The public will challenge us if the Center breaks its pledges to the flood victims. It will be very difficult to maintain our mission in such a circumstance. As a result, the issue would be brought up in both the National Assembly and the Federal Cabinet”, Bilawal said.

According to Bilawal, inflation is the country’s biggest issue, and the state of the law and order is equally concerning. He did express hope that the PPP could overcome these problems, though.

He emphasized the importance of agriculture and called for further investment in Pakistan’s agricultural industry. He continued by saying that the nation could not achieve its agricultural needs without aiding the agriculture sector.

He claimed that “a political rat is hiding under the bed at Zaman Park”. “Leaders like Khan Sahib sowed discord and hostility in the political realm. We must concentrate on the economy rather than the political rat”, the PPP chairman continued.

In his closing remarks, Bilawal stated that the high rate of inflation is upsetting every aspect of society. The PPP, he added, had no beef with the “selectors” and is instead striving to revive the economy.
