Speaking at the 42nd Specialized Diplomatic Course graduation ceremony at the Foreign Service Academy, he noted that the swift development of technology mediums has defined new boundaries for diplomacy and called for a flexible foreign service.

Bilawal emphasized the need for an improved ability to deal with geopolitical and geo-economic realities in light of current trends in diplomacy. Additionally, he urged the Pakistani diplomats to keep an eye on new crises including water shortages, food insecurity, and climate change.
According to Bilawal, national interests, pragmatism, structured engagement, amiable handling of differences, and exploiting opportunities serve as the foundation of Pakistan’s foreign policy. similarities in our interests. Regarding the polarization of geopolitics, he emphasized that power dynamics and an intensifying complicated interplay continue to support significant changes in the global environment.
